What to expect
This is a one-person site run from Starkville, not a company with a support rota, so replies take a few days rather than a few minutes. Bug reports with the numbers in them get looked at first, because they are the ones that can be acted on immediately.
There is no mailing list to join and nothing to unsubscribe from. Your email address is used to reply to you and nothing else — see the privacy policy.
What this inbox is not
It is not a help line for your project. How much flooring to buy for your particular room is exactly what the calculator is for, and questions about whether a contractor's quote is fair are better put to a second contractor.
