What this is
SqFtCalc is a free estimating tool. It is provided by Andrew Wade ("we"), a sole proprietorship in the State of Mississippi, USA.
Estimates, not specifications
Every number this site produces is an estimate. Coverage rates, box sizes, bag yields and waste factors vary by product, batch and site conditions. Always check the manufacturer's label and confirm quantities with your supplier before ordering, and have anything structural or code-related verified by a licensed professional. We are not liable for material shortfalls, overages or work performed on the basis of an estimate from this site.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the calculations are error-free or that the site will be available without interruption.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, materials, labour or data, arising from your use of this site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to use the site, which is nothing.
Acceptable use
- Use the site for lawful estimating purposes.
- Do not attempt to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities beyond ordinary use, or scrape it at a rate that degrades it for others.
- Do not present its output as a professional survey, appraisal or engineering calculation.
Your content
Measurements you enter stay on your device. We claim no rights over them because we never receive them.
Our content
The site's design, text, code and the SqFtCalc name are ours. You may use the calculator's output freely, including commercially. You may not copy the site itself.
Third-party links and advertising
The site may link to, and in future may display advertising from, third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products or practices. See the privacy policy and cookie policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and continuing to use the site means accepting the updated version.
Governing law
